10.1.20- We were very lucky to not blow away on our early morning run today...this tree was less fortunate! This half term we have managed to run for 5 Monday mornings and have managed 111,015 steps! #runwithgeorge
20.1.20- The first running club of the year...we even managed 18,755 steps in the freezing cold!
19.12.19- Our Sign Language Choir performed in ASDA to raise money for our school. The public loved listening to them sing and seeing their amazing sign language skills. It was such a lovely experience just before Christmas.
9.12.19- Running club have been amazing and carried on with the early morning runs this half term- we have completed 90,588 steps altogether on our 1 million step challenge for George.
25.11.19- We managed another run this morning but we had to stay in the underground so we weren't soggy for the whole day! We managed 17,523 this morning which brings our total up to 50,173 steps and our classes are joining the challenge this week so hopefully we can start making lots of progress on our million steps challenge @runwithgeorgeUK We are also glad to hear that George is feeling better after his recent accident playing rugby!
12.11.19- Sign Language Choir started today! I am amazed with the enthusiasm of all the children and we all had so much fun! Make sure you look at the you tube channel to practice at home!
14.10.19- Monday was a very Autumnal session at running club, but we still had a few trustee runners! Last race for 2019 on Monday... come on LIPA!!
25.9.19- The children are really enjoying Lego Club and are really improving their Lego building skills.
18.9.19- Running club have been training each Monday at 8am and on Wednesday we had our first race at Croxteth Park. Our children amazed me with their support for each other and their resilience in an intense environment! We will be going again on Thursday 26th September- wish us luck!
We had so much fun during our first day of STEM Club! Today was all about the E in STEM - Engineering. We had a message from an unexpected visitor, who prompted us to our creative, engineering minds. We had to channel Captain Problem Buster, Captain In Charge and Captain Creative in order to complete our challenge. We were successful. Go STEM Club!!
The children are really enjoying Lego Club!
