Eco Arts
Eco Arts is led by our Artist in Residence, Jayne Seddon who is an artist, educator, and creative producer. Her socially engaged practice explores ways to connect people with places. Jayne has been commissioned for over eighteen years by public health, conservation, cultural and education organisations, both internationally and across the UK.
These ecological arts afterschool workshops are so popular with children and families, we now offer three evenings per week during the school term. The workshops are delivered to establish a culture of creativity and kindness. Each child is encouraged to both share and listen to ideas, while developing their artistic agency. Children work on creative projects aimed to enhance art skills, confidence, wellbeing, and creativity. Workshops include:
