We provide children with a broad and balanced curriculum and have a particular focus on project based learning and the creative and performing arts. We currently have over 250 children from Reception to Year 4 and we plan, ultimately, to have approximately 350 children in the School. We aim to immerse children in the creative and performing arts to enrich teaching and learning across the curriculum. 

 

Group ICT Systems Development Manager

£50 – £60k p.a.

 

You’ll be working in one of the UK’s leading performing arts institutions. We are currently making a significant investment in infrastructure and people to underpin new and innovative curriculum developments.

 

The role of Group ICT Systems Development Manager is key to many of these developments.

 

Our ICT team supports around 1,000 users. Our core business systems are currently: Agresso (finance), SITS (student records), WPM (online payments), CELCAT (timetabling) and iTrent (HR/Payroll).

 

You will be responsible for the implementation of new modules and upgrades to these systems as well as the development and implementation of new systems in accordance with our ICT strategy.

 

A knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, a systematic and logical approach to problem solving and experience of managing a small team implementing a high quality, customer-focused service is essential.

 

This is a challenging but rewarding role that would suit a highly motivated, committed and versatile individual. You will need to demonstrate a proactive approach, the ability to prioritise your team’s workload within demanding schedules, excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership as well as recognising the skillset within your team and allocating work accordingly.
